Registration Guidelines:

We are excited about BreakThru 2018!  Below are a few new guidelines that we want to share with you.

1. Waiting List:
  Once all spots are filled, we will start a waiting list.  In order to be added to the waiting list, please email Rhonda Berry at rhonda@christunitedjxn.org.  Include your child(s) name, grade, parent’s name, and parent’s cell number. Students will be added to the list in the order that we receive an email from the parent asking to be added to the waiting list.

2. Securing More Spots:  BreakThru is a retreat for multiple churches. In the fall, each church is given a certain number of spots that they can have for students and leaders.  Each church opens their registration whenever they choose to.  We open ours early.  Registration is not due to BreakThru until December.  Once they have registration numbers from all of the churches they will let us know how many more spots are available. (If any.) This is when we will know if we can secure more spots from BreakThu.  Our hope is that every student that wants to come to BreakThru is able to do so.  

3. Refund/Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens, and things change.  If you need to cancel your spot, please contact Rhonda Berry at 601.914.7142 or rhonda@christunitedjxn.org.  If you cancel by December 1, you will receive a refund of $240.00.  If you cancel after December 1, we can only give you a full refund if someone can fill your spot.  Refunds will not be issued until after the retreat. 

4. 2017-2018 CUMC Student Covenant/Medical Release Form:
 We have parents fill these out once a year so that we have the most up to date information on your child.  This form is required whenever a student goes on a retreat or attends an event with us.  Your child’s safety is important to us. The form can be downloaded by clicking on this link.  Forms need to be returned by October 30 to Rhonda Berry via email rhonda@christunitedjxn.org, or mailed to
