Middle School D-Group: Grades 6th-8th

This is our Wednesday night Middle School program that combines age appropriate biblical teaching with relational small groups.  Our large group time is when our 6th-8th graders and their leaders gather together in the Youth Worship Center for a time of high energy interactive teaching, singing with our worship band, videos, games, and prayer.  Our small groups are made up of students of the same grade and gender who meet on Wednesday nights with an adult leader and at least one high school leader.  Groups discuss the evening’s topic, laugh a lot, pray for the needs of the group, and occasionally go out to dinner together.  We welcome all of these things. We want them spending time and growing together.

5:30pm            Youth Center and Gym are open and food is available
6:00pm            Large group Message/Worship
6:25-7:00pm    Small groups in their assigned rooms
7:00pm            Parents pick up students

High School D-Group: Grades 9th-12th

D-Group is our Wednesday night high school program open to all students grades 9th-12th.  Each week from 7:00pm-8:00pm we gather together in the Youth Center to “connect” with Jesus by interacting with His Word, other high school students, and caring adults.  High school D-Group is a relaxed environment, where you’ll find friends sitting together on couches and bean bags chairs. It’s where small group meets large group. It’s where friends talk together about Jesus and why following him matters.

7:00-8:00pm: D-Group

Student Leaders

Students in 10th-12th grade: One of our desires as a Youth Ministry is to see your student become a positive influence in the lives of younger students.  Whether it be serving alongside an adult as a small group leader or assisting with weekly programs - we would love to sit down with your student and hear where God is leading them.

Have your student click here to fill out a student leader application!
Applications are available now through September 19.

If your student is a returning Leader be sure to note two things:
1. They do NOT need to fill out a Student Leader Application again
2. Returning as well as new student leaders will be required to attend one of the following student leader trainings. If for some reason your student cannot attend one of these meetings, they need to contact J Nelson before September 26 and arrange another meeting time. Your student will be ineligible for a student leader role during the 2018-2019 youth ministry year if they do not participate in a student leader training or get in contact with J.  These meetings will take place in the Youth Center.

Meeting Schedule:

August 19 12-1:30pm – lunch will be provided
August 19 2:00-3:30pm – snacks will be provided
To attend the August 19 meeting, your 10-12th grader must RSVP to J by August 15.

September 30th 12-2:00pm – lunch will be provided
To attend the September 30 meeting, your 10-12th grader must RSVP to J by September 26.
