Easter is a celebration of hope, renewal, and the transformative power of Christ’s sacrifice. This season, we invite you to journey with us through Lent—a time filled with prayer, reflection, and refocus.

Our Holy Week events will prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter.

For the next few weeks, we will be in a series called “Come to the Table” – as we look at the journey Jesus and his Disciples took that led to the table for their final Passover meal together. There is a place for you here, and we hope you join us as we embark on this season of grace and renewal!

Lent Offering

A Category 4 storm, Hurricane Helene, recently made landfall in Hendersonville, NC where it caused catastrophic damage including flooding and landslides. The impact of the hurricane is unimaginable as many have lost their homes, belongings, and even loved ones.

First Baptist Church in Hendersonville is making monumental strides in the reconstruction of their community and church. Unfortunately, this is going to take years to overcome.

Your offering will go directly to the Hendersonville community and the efforts the First Baptist Hendersonville is making. The church and community still need a lot of help to get things back to normal. Please consider donating today.

Palm Sunday

SUNDAY, APRIL 13 | 9:00 & 11:00 AM

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week and celebrates Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem. He rode in on a donkey, a symbol of peace and humility, while the crowds greeted him with joy, laying down palm branches and cloaks. It’s a day of hope, renewal, and community as well as a time to reflect on the promise of new beginnings.

We hope you join us as we kickoff the beginning of Holy Week with heartfelt worship and a joyful celebration. Bring your family and friends, and let’s start this sacred season together!

Easter Jam

SUNDAY, APRIL 13 | 4:00 PM

Join us at Christ United for an unforgettable Easter celebration – Easter Jam! Open to the entire church and community, this event is free for everyone!

This event will kick off with a Family Worship Experience in the Sanctuary right at 4PM. Then, an Easter Jam After Party will follow with Easter Egg Hunts, jumpies, food trucks, Easter Bunny photo ops, a petting zoo, and more! You don’t want to miss it!

Bring your family and friends, and invite anyone you think would want to have some fun at Easter Jam!

Maundy Thursday

Maundy Thursday is a special time to reflect on Jesus’ last night with His disciples. It’s when He shared the Last Supper, showed humble love by washing their feet, and gave a new commandment to love one another. This day invites us into Jesus’ love, sacrifice, and example. Join us as we prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter.
